Emma was diagnosed with MS in 2015. She traveled to Russia in 2017 for high dose chemotherapy and stem cell transplant. She then began her therapy with Pi Beta Phi. Valery and Emma have worked together on and off the entire 6 years and Elise has been working with Emma the last 3 years.
