Dr. Don Lewis joined Lincoln Memorial University as the Director of Clinical Education in January 2019 having spent the previous two years the Assistant Program Director at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL.  Prior to transitioning to full time academia, he served as the Occupational Therapy Manager and Hand & Upper Extremity Clinical Coordinator for a large physician owned medical practice in Northeast Tennessee, as well as an Adjunct Professor for Milligan College.  He has practiced primarily in upper extremity orthopedics since 2007 with specialty training and practice emphasis in scapular and shoulder disorders.  In addition to orthopedics, Dr. Lewis worked in industrial rehabilitation conducting both Functional Capacity Evaluations, pre-employment job screening, and overseeing the work hardening program for rehabilitation services.
