TNOTA’s Annual Conference is attended by over 250 occupational therapy practitioners, educators, and students each year. It is the largest gathering of occupational therapy practitioners in Tennessee.
Below is all the information about the various options for sponsoring the conference. When you complete the form below, you will receive confirmation via email.
In the weeks leading up to the conference, the conference committee will send out communications with detailed instructions.

TNOTA Annual Conference Sponsorship Packages
Sponsorship and Program Book Advertisement Guidelines:
- Sponsorship: Sponsorship is on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices listed are for exclusive sponsorships.
- Tote Bag Sponsor: The tote bag will have the sponsor and conference logo and will be distributed to all conference attendees.
- Program Ads: The Program Book is distributed to all conference attendees. All ads will be due no later than August 14, 2026 in PDF form.
- Logo on Signage, Social Media Posts, and TNOTA website: Sponsors will need to provide a high resolution jpeg version of their company logo for the signage.
