Course Description:
Navigating the requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Tennessee occupational therapy license can be challenging, particularly for new graduates, practitioners relocating to Tennessee, and current licensees who want to ensure they remain compliant with state requirements. This webinar will provide a practical overview of the requirements and procedures for initial licensure and license renewal for occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants in Tennessee.
The webinar will provide an overview of the licensure process, required documentation, application procedures, renewal requirements, and common considerations for maintaining an active license. Participants will have the opportunity to hear directly from the Department of Health administrator responsible for the unit that oversees the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy.
This course is offered for CE credit only when completed as a live online training. A recording will be available to TNOTA members afterward, but CE credit will not be awarded for viewing the recording.
