The Tennessee Occupational Therapy Foundation (TNOTF) is excited to offer the opportunity for students to honor excellent educators.
Nominations of OT/OTA educators for this award will be accepted from students currently enrolled in OT/OTA programs in Tennessee, with the winner announced during the TNOTA Annual Business Meeting on Sept. 20 at the 2026 TNOTA Conference.
To nominate an educator, complete the following form which will ask you for:
- the name of your educator
- their affiliated OT/OTA program
- an essay of 400 words or less about the positive impact the educator has had on your development as a student and future OT practitioner.
The nominee should be a full-time, part-time, or adjunct instructor working in an academic program.
Nominations will be accepted through Aug. 31, 2026, at midnight Central Time.
