Embassy Suites is the official TNOTA Conference hotel. Registration is now open to reserve your room for conference. There is a special room rate for conference attendees of $139 which runs through September 6th or whenever the TNOTA block is sold out. To reserve your room and receive the TNOTA rate, you must click the link below. You can also call the Embassy Suites to make your reservation, but you must use the group code which is "TOT" to receive the discounted rate.

Silent Auction
TNOTA holds a silent auction at our annual conference. 100% of the proceeds from the silent auction go to support the TNOTA Scholarship Fund. If you would like to donate an item for auction, please fill out the form below. We will be accepting items at conference.

Applications should be scanned and emailed as a single document to [email protected]. Please include TNOTA Scholarship in Subject Line.
For the transcripts, there are two options:
1. The university can email them to [email protected]
2. Applicants can scan and email on official stamped copy of their transcripts to [email protected]
The deadline is September 1, 2018. Any application received after the deadline will not be considered.
2018 TNOTA Philanthropy
For the first time ever this year TNOTA members nominated and selected a philanthropy for TNOTA to support. The philanthropy chosen was Affordable Housing Futures (AHF) and link to their website has been posted on our homepage since that time. AHF will be accepting donations at 2018 TNOTA Conference this year. You can visit their site for additional information, but below is a short summary of AHF blurb
Affordable Housing Futures (AHF) was created as the point of entry or "hub" primarily for those who may need assistance in obtaining or maintaining housing, offering services such as credit counseling and educational sessions for a variety of populations, from high schoolers to senior citizens. AHF has been working toward the establishment of a new program entitled Victory Village, which aims to provide affordable apartments to those who may have various types of mental health diagnoses or those who are coming out of foster care or incarceration, which might make community integration challenging. Victory Village will be a transitioned housing program aimed at not only providing immediate basic needs and equipping clients with life skills that are essential in maintaining permanent housing and employment in the future. This will be achieved through comprehensive services of on-site occupational therapy.
