Since we have so many new members, we will spend time on the call reviewing the Community of Practice model, so that all members of the group can be familiar with how a community of practice operates and what differentiates it from other professional groups. We will also spend time identifying what you, the CoP members, want to work on in 2019. Come to the call with ideas for topics you'd like to learn about, issues that are affecting your practice, or areas where you might share your experience and expertise. 

If you are unable to make the call, please feel free to reply to this email with any suggestions or answers to the above questions so the group can include them in our discussion. We will also record the call and post it to the CoP forum on the TNOTA website.
