About the Compliance Day: TNOTA's OT Compliance Day is an opportunity for OTs and OTAs to take continuing education courses required for their licensure. OTs and OTAs are required to have 2 hours of Ethics & Jurisprudence coursework each licensure cycle (every 2 years). OTs are required to have 2 hours of suicide prevention training every 2 licensure cycles (every 4 years).

Attendees can register for E & J, suicide prevention, or both. 

This event is open to any OT practitioner (TNOTA members and non-members). The center holds up to 200 individuals. 

8 AM-10 AM: Suicide Prevention with Megan Gaylord, LPC-MHSP. Due to the nature of suicide prevention, the event will not be live streamed or recorded.

10 AM- 12 PM: Ethics and Jurisprudence with Nina Woods, MBA, OTR/L
