Governor Lee issued a new Executive Order 36, which extends many of the provisions previously laid out in Executive Order 15. Provisions relevant to OT practitioners include Section 38 and 38.1  (allows health care providers to provide telehealth services), Section 7 (extends expiration dates for health care licenses, allows retired professionals to re-enter the field, suspends continuing education requirements, suspends inspections for certain health care facilities).
