East District Meeting

Rachel Frazier, B.S. Ed minor in Social Work, and M.P.H. will be presenting on the topic of Preventing Falls in the Elderly.  Rachel works in the Knox County Health Department as a Public Health Educator.  She serves on the Tennessee Department of Health Commissioner's Council for Injury Prevention and the Tennessee Fall Prevention Coalition.
